Since I am nervous about keeping the spare in the trunk with the way it touches the Tein Flex, I figure that it's even more important to keep a tire patch kit in the car. I also need to get a new air pump that I can keep in the trunk, since the one I had been using is burned out. Not sure if I want to go with a foot pump or another electrical pump yet though.
