I made some
kimbap aka "Korean sushi" for dinner while my dad was outside BBQing. This is actually my 2nd attempt at making it and I have improved esp. at rolling it. The difference between kimbap and sushi is that kimbap doesn't use raw foods so it's safer to eat at room temperatures. So I made 10 rolls of it and though that sounds alot you'd be surprised how fast we ate them, at least half of those rolls that night.
Sliced.
I put a bunch of stuff in it: spinach, crab meat, carrots, cucumber, scrambled egg, takuan (pickled daikon), ham, and kimchi. XD Sounds alot but it's really good. I took more pics of the process and I might post them on my other journal like how
kimuuu documents her cooking adventures. hehe
