#7- Cheer up!

Hey gorgeous ladies, who have been working SO hard! Why are you being so hard on yourself? We are all here to make some long term changes with our lives. We all also know that this is one of the hardest things we'll have to do. And it will take a LOT of time. But we are getting there, one day at a time! I've been reading all of your stories and think everyone is doing so wonderfully. And even though people may be "slipping up", they come back on here and are honest and decide to work out a little more, or eat healthier the next day. Life is about balance! We will have our super health freak days and then we'll have our splurge days. But as long as we keep trying every day even if we make a mistake, that's the important and hardest part. Statistically, SO many people start diets. But they quit as soon as they splurge one time. Just ONE time? No, no no. That's not us. We keep going even after our bad days. And we go to the gym even after that large wedding cake we ate, or fried food. Because we are awesome and have amazing goals for ourselves!

Okay enough of my crazy motivational attempt. Where have I been the last few days? A little lazy to update. Thankfully, I've been healthy and sticking to my plans. But I have just had too much to write and too little time. So I decided to wait.

gethawt_getfit perfectly described our workouts on 6-9(arm day) and 6-10 (ab day).

I have been having super healthy and naughty things. Lots of super healthy, one or two naughty. So I'm okay with that. Today was rest day, phew. Boy did I need this. My abs are killing me! but thats wonderful because yesterday was ab day.

Tomorrow my boot camp instructor from october is offering a free camp!! I'm so excited. Hopefully me_atmybest and gethawt_getfit can join me. She is so intense and where I learned so much from. I can't wait to experience that again. It'll be a nice challenge.
