Cell phone etiquette question

I run into this situation a lot, as you do, I expect. As a child, I was taught telephone etiquette, and I suppose that much of it continues to apply. But this scenario, I am never sure what to do about.

Let us say: your cell phone rings. You can see by the display that the call is from Sal, a business acquaintance.
