I hate goodbyes.
One of my friends from the co-op left today for New Jersey. I'm gonna miss him a lot. He had the room next to Patrick's, so we all spent a lot of time together. I cooked a big dinner for the co-op on Saturday night as Mike's going-away dinner. Black beans and rice, vegetarian croquettas, tostones, fried bananas and lots of salsas and avocado. Everyone said that it was the best meal they had ever eaten at the co-op. heh
