I just saw that I posted the equivalent recs post on Christmas Eve eve last year. Lots of ficlets this time around.

I massively enjoyed this, as Greendale celebrates the new year. Gets Jeff's voice and Annie's effect on him perfectly.
Edge of Tomorrow
Here We Go Again: colls (Rita/Cage)
An enjoyable vid. The song works both against the speed of the action while with it emotionally, and it does a great job of showing their developing relationship in their very particular circumstances.
The Good Wife
A Few Tricks Up Our Sleeves: lowriseflare Will/Alica ficlet (teen)
Excellent, well-written ficlet that totally gets Will's POV and feelings.
Harry Potter
The Right Sort: beckaandzac
Neville-centric, gen ficlet about his first supper as professor. It made me feel for Neville and smile, and contains a lot that is spot on.
The Hobbit
Something Happy: funkyinfishnets Movieverse, post-BotFA AU, Bard, Dis, Sigrid (Sigrid/Fili-ish)
In which Bard has to face up to a marriage between his eldest daughter and the crown prince of Erebor to strengthen the alliance between Men and Dwarves. Cue all my buttons about people doing their duty with goodwill, allowing for something strong to flourish from it being pressed hard. But the jewel here is the character of Dis.

A satisfying, plausible fic set a few years after the show with brilliant characterisation.

Postcards From Naxos (You Don’t Have To Go Home, But You Can’t Stay Here) : Elizabeth Culmer (edenfalling) Gen, Ariadne + ensemble.
I really liked reading about Ariadne's movement from one life to another through a series of snapshots, and all the team feels provided in this remix. (The original and other remix are worth reading too.)

show me the arms aloft: magisterequitum Loki/Sif, pirates!AU, quite long
This is excellent. Delicious UST, clever translation into the 'verse and the writer never forget that pirate stories should be fun. (It does end leaving you a bit gutted that she doesn't seem to have made good on Part 2 of their adventures).
I lit a fire with the love you left behind: tosca1390 (teen)
Gorgeous Jane/Thor ficlet about brilliant Jane building a bridge and her reunion with Thor.
Agents of SHIELD
Bullet to the Brain Pan: igrockspock Gen, Skye, Melinda, post 2.07, teen - strong language
Found/chosen family feels! The character voices as Skye freaks out over her existential crisis are spot on.
Iron Man
His Girl Friday. Or Saturday. Maybe Sunday: hackthis
This is now my headcanon for how Pepper went from job hunting to getting the job of being Tony's personal assistant.

Gorgeous, powerful, emotional vid about Rayna, Maddie, Juliette and Scarlett's relationships with each other (and with music).
Hmm, only one of those is remotely seasonal.
