Keeping it in the family: hardlygolden
George Michael/Maeby, the Bluths, futurefic (post season 3)
I liked George Michael's take (loving, resigned) on his crazy family here and how besotted he is with Maeby - the ending made my heart swell, while I’d also been grinning. (As the author admits, it’s a little rushed, with a few wrinkles that more time would have ironed out.)

A clever take on the events of the film, Hollywood and the relationships between women and men that's in keeping with the tone of canon too.
The Bletchley Circle
Pattern and Repetition: osmia

Really enjoyed this and how it deals with what could happen after to this team. My only quibble would be that it could have been extended into a longer story.

Not Passion’s Slave: brutti_ma_buoni
Birgitte- centric, some Birgitte/Philip
This shows a lot of thought and bridges the gap between series 2 and 3 nicely
Everything Has Changed: Taylor Swift ft. Ed Sheeran Video
How Now, Spirit! Whither Wander You: take_liberties
Blonde Girl/Redheaded Boy
First, the fact that this fic existed, its title and its premise made me intrigued enough to look up the vid (I knew and liked the song) and that was a delight. Seriously, it's an adorable vid. But what this fic does with the content of the vid, how it stretches it out, plays with it, adds stuff, but mainly an air of mystery, is simply wonderful. I don't know much about either singer, so I only got some of the references, but, sometimes, it's just nice to know the references are there. You don't need to know much beyond this:
They duck out of the room and head off to see what the day can tell them about themselves.
Fairy Tales (Cinderella)
The Sun Hasn’t Died: snow
Steampunk AU Cinderella/Prince
The use of the tag ‘Cinderella is her own godmother' is apt. It’s impossible not to root for this Cinderella - and the way that traditional elements are worked into this setting is great.
Harry Potter
Little Luna: kitty-grimm
Adorable fanart of Luna aged three
Haywire
CIA Disney Princess: wickedtrue
Gen, teen for language and violence
This fic has attitude and great action and characterisation. What happens here is totally head canon for me now.
North and South
Wiser Today: SummerRed
John/Margaret ER (I'd say more based on the BBC adaptation than the book)
Absolutely lovely Christmassy fic, with humour bubbling under it
Star Wars
Sand Under Our Feet, Stars in Our Eyes: lyssie
AU bridging the gap between both trilogies. Padme centric (background Padme/Obi Wan).
If Star Wars were a bit more like this, I'd be more interested in it. Woman-centric, with a great sense of accountability for what has been and done.
Waitress
New Beginnings Pie: fearlessfan
Post movie Jenna/Jim
While I could live with the ending in canon for these two, this is very plausible. What's seriously impressive about this fic is the tone; the dialogue and Jenna's thought processes ring so true, and, of course, the fabulous pies she invents.
While You Were Sleeping
How Life Does Turn Out: Perri Smith
Lucy/Jack, Lucy & the Callaghans
Thoroughly charming what-happened-next fic, cleaving to the character voices and the tone of the movie, with a lovely balance between the love story with Jack and with the family.
