Dec 01, 2010 05:13

[Y'know, a lot of video feeds starts out quite normal, don't they? They just begin for a few seconds on the person starting it or perhaps the floor then towards the owner of the gear. It doesn't really matter. They all manages to have a very calm start and Professor Layton is one of those kinds of people that has all of his feeds opening like that ( Read more... )

[Hey professor! Look who was also transported to Goldenrod and is just coming back from a walk down the street on an errand for Nurse Joy, as well as in order to get some information regarding the city, the past three days, and Team Rocket? -- it's little Edgeworth!

He approached the dogpile of Pokémon and Professor with his own crowd of Pokémon (Tadpole, Spinny the Spinarak, and Phoenix's Quagsire) trailing behind him, and he gives the Professor a worried look from over the bag of groceries. That fall must have hurt, and the ground must be cold... but how in the world is that hat staying on?]

Are you all right, Professor?

[He stands at a polite distance and looks down at the pile in concern, and if you look up, Professor, you'll probably see nothing but his huge bag of groceries, the three Pokémon, and the significant lack of the orange dog that had given birth to that egg you own. ]

[Years of practice and-- what many people are starting to believe --gluing it to his head. It's probably the former. The Professor does not fancy the idea of having to apply sticky substance all over his hair to keep it on. He likes his hair nice and glue-free, thank you very much.

The Professor pushes himself up after his Pokemon has decided that perhaps tackling him to the ground has not been the smartest idea ever. That and, goodness, what will happen to the egg if they has kept this up? Straightening his hat again, he stands up and looks towards the voice of concern.]

Miles? You are located here as well?

[He nods at Miles' own question.]

Yes, I am quite fine. My Pokemon seems to be excited for some reason.

[Why, he has no idea. And how on Earth did they get out of his Pokeballs and outside? Hm...]

[Edgeworth digs into his pocket and offers the Professor his handkerchief -- the man had some dust on his face, after all! He adjusts his hold on those groceries and smiles at the Professor's Pokémon.]

Something might have happened the last three days. They probably missed you, sir.

[The Professor accepts the handkerchief with a smile and a "thank you". He returns it once he does get the dirt off his cheek.]

The past three days? Did anything happen recently to have us relocated?

[Guess who didn't check the date yet? The Professor is behind on things, waking up later than others. Those dang zombie dogs and their fascinations for chewing on his knee.]

[Placing the handkerchief back in his pocket; ]

The date on your Pokégear should be three days ahead of what you remember, sir. It's the same for everybody, and it seems that we have all been "asleep" for the last three days.

[Aww Professor. Littleworth has been up since early this morning, and he'd been mulling over his fuzzy memory and everybody's accounts of their dreams, trying to put the bits together, so he's got a few theories running around inside his head by this time.]

[Whoa whoa whoa, BACK UP. Asleep for the past three days? You be tripping balls-- oh wait, Grim just has proved it by shoving the Pokegear up to the Professor's face.]

Three whole days? Has anyone have a clue as to why this is?

Nothing to prove with concrete evidence, no. All I have are a few theories, as well.
