[ Lookie here, check out this gorgeous view of the sea. The way the water is so clear and the sun shining brightly down on it. It seems like the perfect day for a swim and the perfect day to be outside, especially on the beach. No, not at all. Some do not have any evolutions while others sometime refuses to evolve due to having some attachment to the form they have.

It seems as if your "Garlic" is an Oddish. If I do remember correctly, they evolve twice.

However, what they evolve into, I am not entirely too sure.

Great!~ [He leans down to Garlic and gives him a ruffle of the leaves.] What'd'ya say, think we've got something to work towards? [The little Oddish and makes a happy little sound and jumps up and down. The Other Father responds with a happy chuckle before standing upright again.]
