I'm sure they have turkeys other places too. That could be a Canadian bird. And the 'e' is essential to...anything. You can't pluralise it without the e.

Who in their right mind eats duck balls? We tend to stick to edible things, like frogs legs and snails. One of which I've never actually eaten.
