One of her prime suspects is a lovestruck protester (guest star Kim Darby) who leads a candlelight watch outside the prison while appeals are filed to halt the execution. Elsewhere, the serial killer known as Jack-of-all-trades assembles a roulette wheel with pictures of the entire VCTF unit -- and one spin will determine his next victim.
