Oh dear, me. Dumbledore says some students have been sneaking off to the Hogshead, and Delame says he happens to know that it was older Slytherins. Dear, dear, me. Well, I'm sure it wasn't any one in the Slug Club, no, I dare say not. They would of coruse know better than to run off and drink after hours, wouldn't they ( Read more... )

No, no, I just worry about my students when there's so much going on. With the trouble with some students sneeking out, none of mine, I hope. And Professor Delame has been acting strange for days. I'm a bit concerned, but he won't tell me a thing. I suppose Dumbledore's got it under control, in any case.

I suppose I shouldn't have told you that, but I daresay, I can see why one might be a bit...bothered by his behavior lately.

Do you have another class you plan to pick up instead? I'm afraid you'll be short an elective if you drop Arithmancy.

Yes, yes, I suppose you're right.

If there's room in the Divination class, that would be perfectly acceptable.

That is, if you're sure. I'd hate for one of my students to drop a class because of a conflict with a teacher.

Very well, Miss Black. I've taken your request to the Headmaster, and we'll see if they can fit you in to the Divinations class that's already begun.

You'll be aexpected to catch up with the rest of the class by next week, but until then, the instructor has offered additional help if need be.
