Professor Layton and the Last Time Travel CAPSQUEE POST
As you're all probably aware by now, XD, Level-5 has just released [the official trailer for the third game "Professor Layton and the Last Time Travel"]. I come bearing screen-captures from said trailer, JUST BECAUSE. THERE'S NO SUCH THING AS FANGIRLING TOO MUCH Y/Y. ♥ ♥ ♥
The company we all know and love. ♥
The trailer starts off all nostalgic-like with some scenes from the first and second games (no spoilers for second game here, so no worries):
And then glorious, glorious background scenery of the third game:
The Professor has received another letter concerning a mystery, and sets out for it with his apprentice, Luke:
I love how epic their title screens are
The inventor of the Time Machine
...which promptly combusts.
But when they emerge from the strange house they're in a totally different land...
"What's this...?!"
Some sharp-dressed men:
Then the scene cuts straight to the one we've all been waiting for.
"It's been a long time, Professor."
"...It's me, Luke."
ADSFDGHDKFGDSHFHDFHGAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH
Cast of new characters!
And apparently this woman reminds Layton of a puzzle has some relation to Layton in the past:
FLASHBACK:
But she's gone by the time Layton catches up with her...
Some of the in-game puzzles, and the graphics look really, really good:
No I can't understand Japanese but if could I would be all. over. this.
EPIC SCENE IS EPIC:
And this is probably the saddest scene in the history of Layton ever. I have no idea what they're saying here, but if Luke is this visibly upset... T__T
