MUSIC DUMP

Some music stuffs I done did, under the cut.

1) Behind the Mask

This is a composition based on what I thought of Miracle Mask before I played it. When I thought of Miracle Mask, the words that came to mind were "mystery", "awe", and "danger".

I was supposed to post this up here a lot sooner, but I've been unwell and haven't been really been able to do as much as I'd would have liked these past few months.

2) Some midi files back from when I was obsessed with Curious Village (and boy was I obsessed). Couldn't find a site where they allowed a preview of MIDIs, so you'll have to download if you want to listen to them. They're tiny files.

About the Village (54 KB)

Pursuit in the Night (60 KB)

Down the Tubes (107 KB)

St Mystere (220 KB)

Don Paolo's Theme - mp3 version 'cause I lost the midi to this :(

3) A few mp3s where I was messing around. They sound kind of "rough" because I did them ages ago and I never got round to doing a proper mix with them.

Suspense (Pandora's Box)
This was me experimenting with Native Instruments' Massive and Absynth software

Puzzle Battle, Arranged (Lost Future)
Me testing out Cubase's orchestral instruments

Puzzles Reinvented (Eternal Diva)
Me practicing my transcription skills. I transcribed "Puzzles Reinvented" by ear into musical notation for a musicianship class at college ages ago, and then had a crack at using notation software to produce this.

On a completely different note... IT'S BLOODY FREEZING

Never was this picture more apt.

Think warm thoughts, think warm thoughts...
