Aww, this was so adorable! I've always wondered what happened to Emmy, and traveling the world seems like something she would do. Poor Professor, I always see him depicted as being a little oblivious in the love department, and it was very cute in this fic.

I've also always wondered what kind of relationship Emmy and Flora would have, and I enjoy your depiction.

Really glad you liked it! My personal headcanon is tha she travels the world fighting crime with Grosky, to explain why neither of them are there anymore. But that wouldn't exactly work for a Layton/Emmy romance fic, so I took Grosky out of the equation. XD

Emmy and Flora have a lot of friendship potential. I might like to try something more in thatarea one day. ^^

So... Um... I was really inspired by this fic and started doing a piece called "Together" set to the scene where Emmy and Layton sit on the bench. I guess it's the musical equivalent of fanart. It's nearly done, I'll post it when it's ready if you'd like. :3
