Guess what my mates got me for my birthday
The Layton doll from the Eternal Diva plushie set! The Luke that came with the Layton went to another friend of mine who adores the little tyke. Being one who doesn't collect game merchandise and such, I'm pretty ecstatic having received this! *cartwheels*
He's sooo soft and velvety! He measures about 12 inches from the top of his hat to the soles of the feet. There's rigid cardboard in the rim and the top surface of the hat to keep its shape, and beans or grains of some sort in his feet, but otherwise he's squishy all over with floppy legs and arms. His jacket is practically detachable if not for it being sewn to the body at the chest and arms, and the shirt can be lifted a little to expose some, uh, skin. (As for the Luke plushie, his shorts can actually be pulled down to reveal that he's not wearing any sort of underpants... Yeah, we do all sorts of stuff with these hapless plushies)
Layton on the "throne" with a little crocheted bunny my sister made for me. The bathroom had the best natural lighting, so. My apologies for the weird setting, photography was never my strong point, heh.
I kind of don't know what to do with him, so I'll probably just give him a hug, a pat and a kiss everyday or something. XD
