This phone booth reminds me of a puzzle...

Hello all!

I had the marvelous opportunity to attend the Ladies vs. Gents event in San Fran today so I come bearing pictures! :D

I just hastily threw on what I'd like to believe was a Luke cosplay...quite a fail so you won't see any pics of that (not to mention I'm camera shy.) I went with a friend who's just as a fanatic as I am...we were probably the only fans there. It was a very small crowd, they all seemed as if they were just checking it out or were dragged over by the Flora-cosplaying woman who was zealously shouting out in an effort to advertise. They had two phone booths set up which looked like this...

There's our dedicated Flora bringing in more people! She had lovely boots too...

There was also a young man dressed similarly in Victorian era clothes...he kept dashing to and from the spot so I never got a picture.. :(

Since there weren't very many people, we stayed in line for about 10 ~ 15 minutes. When we got in the phone booth, we were handed a DSi XL and allowed to pick any puzzle off of the puzzle index. I was so excited at this point, I chose No.008, not really bothering to really test myself with a harder one. xD As a result I solved it pretty quickly. When finished, they simply asked you if you got it on your first try. My friend had some foresight and really took her time to explore the game features. Apparently there is something called a "Super Hint"? Interesting...

More mandatory phone booth pics...I have so many of these you won't believe...

:D

The ladies' line...

The gents'....

While we were waiting in line, we struck up a conversation with the "phone booth attendant." (Well okay, conversation is not the word. Fangirling is a better term.) Apparently she had gotten through over half the game already so I couldn't resist asking her what they named our Legal......they've named him "Future Luke".  ._. Well. It certainly is accurate. The lady was saying, "Maybe we should call him Fluke." XD

As if the afternoon couldn't get any better, they left us with a parting gift...

:DDD New favorite shirt!

Looking back on it, I can't believe we drove all the way to the city for a video game....but it was an afternoon well spent!!
