Birthday cake!
Hey so, Friday was my birthday and I decided (inspired awhile ago by that other Layton cake post...) to make my own Layton cake! Some pictures behind the cut!
Every part of this cake was made from scratch, we even used a professional baking book which made every step of the processes exceptionally complicated!
Fun fact, my Dad helped me make the cake and made everything super mathematical, so that cake is to scale to the reference image we used. Exactly to scale.
Well, as you can see we devoured him like a wolf all over a carcass and he was delicious. It was more work than I was expecting, but also a lot of fun, so I'll probably do another cake next year!
(I turned 22 by the way, you're never too old to eat a man's face for your birthday)
