Site update!
Hello everyone! Work is going slowly, but very, very surely on the Layton fansite!. :)
Lots of new screencaps, a few animations, and up to chapter 1 of the first game's script are up!
Again, a call for submissions: if you'd like, do send your fan-art, fanfic, charms, fanvideos, plushies, what-have-you to diaarenmarie [ a t ] gmail [ d o t ] com! The reason the fanstuff section isn't open is because no-one is submitting! *gasp* The only one who did, well... there were 2nd and 3rd game spoilers, and frankly, we can't put those up until they're released in English, to be fair to everyone who doesn't want to be spoiled yet.
For submissions of fanfic, please: if there is any formatting in your fic (paragraph tags, line breaks, bold, italic, underline, what have you), please submit the HTML-prepared file of that, or attach it in a .doc (NOT .docx) file to e-mail! Trust me, it takes forever to format stuff like this, and it's hard on the eyes. :(
And, hey, why not. If you guys have any interesting theories for the 2nd and 3rd games, go ahead and give 'em~ (You guys who've played/know what will happen in those next games, hush! Don't spoil the fun!)
Remember to include your name or preferred alias and e-mail address! Optional is a website URL.
And a question: Is anybody familiar with ripping sprites from DS games? I tried to do it for the Curious Village game, but alas, I feel this is way out of my league! Help on this would be appreciated. It would be obvious what section this would open... ;D
