Not all Christians find that satire ammusing. Not all Christians think it's okay to ban same sex marriage. It's clever, but whoever wrote it should take the time to consider that not all Christians share the same beliefs... or even the same bible.

Hey if we christians are 'allowed' to judge one for being homosexual, by all means you are definitely allowed to judge the christians. :) I may not be amused by it (ok I lie, I laughed), but I support your right to say it :) This christian supports you, and this christian has enough humility to be able to laugh at herself. Preach on brother :)

thank you for your support. i didn't write this, but i found it to be pretty funny, and for the most part, fairly truthful. humility in life is key, everyone needs to have some of it. and no matter how you feel about it, it is pretty funny...and for the most part, truthful. some stuff is fairly outdated, and that's the point of what this is trying to say. it's not meant to be offensive at all. i wouldn't do that because i believe that everyone has their individual rights to what they want to believe, as long as it's not harming anyone. it's just meant to get people to think that the world has changed, and that some beliefs do need to be updated to follow along with our growing and ever changing world.

I don't want you to take my comment the wrong way. I support you too and I don't want it implied that I don't support you or that I'm not able to laugh at myself. I just believe there are two sides to every story and I definitely believe no one has the right, God given or otherwise, to judge another. When I see things like that, though, I feel I should point out that you can believe in God and equal rights at the same time; it's a point of view that's often neglected. I'm also willing to accept that a person can believe in neither and we are all entitled to our opinions to the point where our opinions harm another. If I've overstepped my boundaries of thinking I'm free to comment like this, I apologize. Feel free to delete my comment as well, I don't want to start anything.

i didn't take your comment the wrong way so don't worry about that...and i do understand where you are coming from. but what i'm trying to get at is that this is simply a satire...not meant to be taken seriously, just as any satire is. so i'm not trying to offend anyone. and this was written by a priest, so i don't know if that will help bring the other side out a little more..

You got to love Christianity for what its worth.... not much.

People really need to figure life out for themselves and not from a man in a robe armed with a mistranslated, misunderstood, over rated book.

so Kyle, awsome. Do what the fuck you need to do and do it for yourself without fear of being punished by some fairytale.

Q!

I'm not going to leave an insightful comment because this has been in your facebook profile forever and I stole this myself many months ago from you and put it in my lj.
