Attention all Livejournal users:

Please go to your account settings and make sure that the box marked "Enable graphic previews on external links within your journal" is not checked. If I see any of these "snap shot" things in a journal, I will not be reading it anymore, and I encourage everyone else to do the same ( Read more... )

I agree. :P I was wondering where that stupidity came from on the knitting and crochet journals. For some of the projects put up, they are horrifying enough the first time through. :)

Yeah, I think it's unchecked by default for existing paid/permanent account users, and checked by default for others. I wouldn't swear to that, though.

Yeah, I actually did it the other day when I noticed it, but then this morning I saw more so I re-unchecked it. Jesus fuck.
