oh, Torchwood
So, as it's Yom Kippur and I'm ~meant to atone,~ I decided to try and make headway in Torchwood tonight instead of watching Secret Diary. The PLAN has always been that I'd finish it, then watch Sarah Jane Adventures. But now all of a sudden Matt's gonna be on SJA supersoon, and seeing how Torchwood is going? Yeah I'm gonna finish series one and then MOVE ON. And maybe come back to it later.
Out of Time was surprisingly good, for a Torchwood episode, but the pacing was out of control. I spent the first half shouting "slow DOWN," and then the second half lingered way too long. It was nice to see Owen sort of start to have a soul for like three seconds there.
The less said about Combat, the better. WEEVIL FIGHT CLUB? GWEN MINDRAPING RHYS? Noel Clarke, please stick to acting.
