After quieting the students, Dumbledore addressed the Great Hall, giving a summary of the latest task and his pride in seeing the champions face their given challenge.

A brief mention was given regarding the unfortunate matter that occurred the night after, and he gave assurances that each of the majestic creatures were captured and transported safely back to their native habitats. Once that matter had been covered, however, all that remained was an announcement of the latest Tournament rankings.

"For her impressive display of studious recollection and her courageous willingness to trust in her own spellwork in the face of frightening consequences if her abilities had otherwise failed, we award Marlow Linney fourth rank.

For the clever use of charms and distraction as well as her spirit of determination in response to previously thwarted attempts, we award Gwenndalyne Pruette third rank.

For the cunning use of impressive distracting spellwork as well as the steady and sharp presence of mind to locate and exploit a little known weakness while remaining safely out of harm's way, we award Cho Chang second rank.

And finally, for the remarkably inventive and quick-witted decision to use one's own strengths as an advantage as well as a magnificent display of talent and ability in achieving the given goal with very minor harm sustained to himself, we award Harry Potter first rank."

ooc: Rankings took in account:

1 - How quickly the student developed a strategy that was successful.
2 - The ability of the student to avoid danger/injury.
3 - The ingenuity of the student.

Everyone feel free to react, pleaaaaase. :)
