1: Neutral Milk Hotel - In the Aeroplane Over the Sea
This is a great overall cd. Quirky lyrics, GREAT guitar, moving imagery, and it just kicks ass.

2: Postal Service - Give Up
I know this is cliche and all, but I love the electro-synth-pop goodness. You should too.

3: Chemical Brothers - Exit Planet Dust
Amazing electronica at its best. Great for chillaxing, or party-ing. It just kicks ass.

4: Iron and Wine - Our Endless Numbered Days
Great accoustic guitar, amazing lyrics, soothing voice, = badass.

5: Manitoba - Up In Flames
Warm sounds, from an electronic album. Lush and beautiful, its like being in a rain-forest of music.

6: Alkaline Trio - Goddamnit!
The first person to tell me about this cd was jon lady. its one of those cds that you listen to at a GREAT time in your life, and every time you hear a song from it, you're back in the past. And its just a great album.

The soundtrack to summer, 2k4. great electro-clash, fusing lyrics with bitching beats and awesome sounds.

Pounding guitar riffs, sweet solos, and more double-bass pedal than is required. for the hardcore kid in you.

9: Less Than Jake - Losing Streak
Oh man. this cd is just SO great. punk ska was never the same.

Another cliche one, but still a badass CD. you've already heard this, i dont doubt.

This cd is another nostalgic one, and the lyrics are so deep and intricate its a beauty to listen to.

Another milestone of music. if you dont have this cd, you NEED it.

23: Air - Talkie Walkie
from the guys who made the "virgin suicides" soundtrack, a song from this cd was used in lost in translation too.
this is amazing electronic beauty with emotion out the yin yang.

24: Boards of Canada - In a Beautiful Place out in the Country
ambient trance goodness. listen to it while doing anything at all, and it makes it that much better.

Beautiful, easy on the ears, great lyrics, great voice, perfect guitar, get this cd. and love it.

yeah. that took a while. but its alright. music is great, and everyone should enjoy it to the fullest.
