A bit of simming and a photo question

I've been really unbelievably busy, but I did make a little bit of time for simming today.  I have to play a lot of households, and while I did, one of them welcomed an unexpected new child.








Go ahead and post your speculations!  The first clue I'll give you is that she really looks like her mommy.
