I talked to my Mom earlier this evening and this is too good not to share.
My four year old nephew has recently gotten into Harry Potter. He saw the first movie and loved it, though we're waiting on the rest of them, of course. Mom even thinks the snakes in the second one might be too scary for him. He doesn't know it yet, but he's getting a Gryffindor shirt or something for his birthday.
He was playing with his little sister and wrapping her up in blankets, which she sort of freaked out about for a little while. Excuse this next bit--it's actually relevant. My niece is absolutely, totally objectively, adorable. Cute as a button. Huge, huge long lashed blue eyes and curly blond hair and little dimpled rosy cheeks.
My nephew said to her, "look, you're all wrapped up! You can be VOLDEMORT!"
So she went toddling around, completely swaddled in a baby blanket, big blue peepers staring out from the covers: the world's tiniest and cutest Voldemort. I wish I had been there.
