Nearly there
Who are they? You may well ask. This is Prospero and Miranda Milan, from my slightly tweaked version of Veronaville. Prospero and Miranda were created from the very first challenge I ever played, the "Toddler Challenge," which is very simple: start a sim off with a toddler and get as many points as you can with no cheating. And the reason they are here is because I did a metric TON of saving, backing up, uninstalling, upgrading, and reinstalling. It took the better part of two days. I did some of it with my Mom here, but that was because you don't need a brain to back up things or to hit install codes.
I'm too nervous to try my "real" legacy hood just yet, but so far, Veronaville looks great and so far everything seems to be there. I'm putting my neighborhoods back in order of importance reversed.
So I am almost back. I also took a few story shots, which I might save for later.
Gah, hands hurt. Bedtime.
Visiting with Mom is AWESOME. We have a big day tomorrow: we're going to the costume exhibit at LACMA, and then to see *Jane Eyre.*
