Yes, why didn't he, The All Prepared Master Spy, came up witha bezoar?

Umm, not to be snarky or anything but . . . because he didn't die of poison. He bled to death. Nagini's bite on Arthur in OotP showed us that Nagini's bite doesn't kill by poisoning but by the victim bleeding out. A bezoar would've done nothing to heal the wound.
