About books
I found a new book in the bookstore today. I look forward to curling up and reading it. I try not to read other things when I'm doing other things. I don't need my brain influenced by other things. And speaking of other things, my students seem to not enjoy my giving them juice and cookies. I've lost quite a few math students to other departments. Well, maths really don't need such faint hearted people. However, I don't wish to be out of a job, so I'll just keep my treats to myself from now on.
Well, it hit the shelves today. I'm always nervous when that happens, though I know it's not logical. If it does well, it does well. If it doesn't, it doesn't. I won't know how well it does until I see the number in a week or so. All I can do is hope the readers pick up the third in the series and like it as much as they liked the other two
