I probably should have posted this by now. Curse my forgetfulness!
Dumbledore is a Legilimens; essentially, this means that he can read your thoughts if he's looking at your eyes. It won't affect any of his Internet communications, but could affect any meetups he makes in RL.
So, post here for what's allowed/not allowed as far as his mind-reading goes.
