Except that versions of myself that exist in your time and the time of others' in our world are already dealing with the threat of Voldemort. Such knowledge would only be helpful if someone knew before he rose to begin a revolution.

The only other person from our world who's at an earlier time is Gellert, but considering our...differing politics during his time, I think his warnings would fall on deaf ears.

It is. But perhaps a virus will appear that might remedy that; or, perhaps, another person from our world might appear from a time where a warning could be delivered.

Indeed, there'd be many more people living, many different laws, perhaps even an entirely different Ministry, since they would not be elected for a wartime position. It could be a very different society we'd live in.
