As everyone is aware, a disaster of magical nature happened in the Ast building causing strange, dangerous, and downright frightening things to happen to various residents.

I would like to put together a list of residents who have been affected somehow.

The people I currently know of being affected:
1. Riku (stuck in an alternate form)

Correct. I've just made the list private due to several of the affected's behavior being highly suspicious - I shall send you a password to access it shortly.

All right. I hope someone can figure out a way to fix all of this. I'm so damned frustrated, I can't do anything, I just want to hit something.

I hope so as well. As it is, I can't do much directly as I am laid up in my own barracks. I can only hypothesize from here.
