Somebody linked me to the files to download, and I just decided to reupload it here at my community konekomata, but as that post is very cluttered, I decided to just give this it's own post.

If you would like to reupload for mirror links, please do so and I will link them here + credit you!

If links die, I do have this saved on my external hard drive and would be able to reupload, but it would take time.
