OOC: Big ol' info post.
Just because it's been awhile I thought I'd put up an info post for all my kiddies.
Tim Desmond- Tim is from the fantasy trilogy of novels: Gnome Man's Land, Harpy High, and Unicorn U. He also, like some of the other characters in game, attended Fandom High once.
He is the Dread and Puissant Champion of the Fae, a postion that's mostly a PR, Mediator thing, but occasionally he is called upon to battle supernatural menaces. He has saved the world twice. (But in that regard he peaked in college) He has a magic sword with which he is rather competent, though he's better at it as a magic wand. It can do pretty much anything a plot requires.
He's here to teach, though this summer he's mostly taking time off, though he's trying out a virtual tour thing with the SRF.
He's accompanied often by a hobgoblin butler named Hobson, who looks like a three foot tall anthropomorphic cat with a british accent.
Leonard Luthor- He is the half brother of the infamous criminal mastermind Lex Luthor, who recently was killed attempting to escape from prison. That's his story and he's sticking to it.
Leonard is in town as a base of operations for a non-profit real estate venture, attempting to help New Orleans recover from a devastating storm. He's buying abandoned store fronts and houses and fixing them up, encouraging people to come back and open up businesses or move back home.
Jarod- Jarod is the central character from the tv series The Pretender. Jarod's IQ is at least at genius level, but it's the adaptability of his mind that truly sets him apart. He could read a book about open heart surgery in the morning, and perform a flawless bypass in the afternoon.
He was raised in complete isolation by an organization called The Center, so he pretty much has no idea about pop culture period. Food, he's still discovering as well. He's discovered he has quite the sweet tooth.
He's working at the Coven and doing his best to meet people and experience life in between going out and using his skills to help people. He does this because though he never shows it, he is wracked by guilt over how his "Pretends" have been used by the Center.
Speaking of which, he hiding from a team sent by the Center to bring him back. He was stolen as a child from his parents, so he does not really remember them either. He doesn't even know if Jarod is his real name.
Connor Angel Reilly- Connor is from the TV show Angel. Is is the Buffyverse version of a Dhampir, being the human son of two Vampires. He counts as a Demon when it comes to wards and such, even though any sort of test would read him as human. But he has all the Vampiric powers.
Angel and Darla slept together, and Connor was the result. Darla staked herself, leaving baby Connor behind. Soon after a vampire hunter named Holtz took him into a hell dimension and raised him there. There is a slight change in canon as I made him somewhat younger than he was.
He came to Milieux as a student, after having his memory erased by Wolfram and Hart, a drastic solution to his growing instability. You see having been manipulated into sinking his father to the bottom of the ocean by the man who raised him, and helping destroy the world by his girlfriend, and then his daughter. And then having to kill his daughter, he attempted to provoke Angel to killing him.
While in Milieux he regained his memories and almost went insane again until helped by friends and a visit from Cordelia.
After graduating from Milieux, he went to LA to help his father defeat Wolfram and Hart, and spent the summer in another hell dimension, before being pulled out by a satanic cult. Now he's attending Loyola University, working as a police officer of sorts in New Orleans, and living in the Antebellum Apartments.
He is also making no secret of his parentage and powers and such.
Rube- Is on hiatus.
Jason Kent- Is from the film Superman Returns, though there is a change from canon. In his world, his father, Clark Kent went away to Fandom Island rather than try to find Krypton. Consequently when Lois went into labor, Clark returned and they got married and raised Jason.
Jason, being half Kryptonian has a number of allergies and when he was younger he had asthma. He has x-ray vision, super speed, super strength and invulnerability. But magic affects him just like everyone else.
He's currently taking classes at Milieux, and in his spare time he fights crime and helps people in New Orleans. He moves at super speed when he does this, described and dubbed by the papers as the Black and Blue Blur.
He's also got an interest in photography.
