Movies, and other things.

So, Netflix is working out very well. I have a great turn-around on movies, and I’m getting to see new stuff, as well as some stuff I’ve known I wanted to see. I just watched this very interesting, and very good, French film called “Chaos.” It’s about a woman and her husband who witness a brutal beating of a prostitute. The woman goes to the hospital where the prostitute is recuperating and becomes her friend. The way the story unfolds is really well done, and I liked it a lot. Buffy continues to be awesome.

My Mom, Bob, and both of my brothers came and visited me on last Saturday. We went to downtown Disney, Lake Eola, and the mall at Millennia. It was a lot of fun, we finished up the day with dinner at the Macaroni Grill which was really good, for being a chain restaurant. My mom bought me some new flip-flops which are made by Nike and are super comfortable. As an added bonus my Mom and Bob gave me 100 dollars at the end of the night, to spend on whatever I want.

Work is hectic, and it’s only going to get worse, as the shuttle will be shutting down on August 1st. This means that walking is going to be my only option, unless I use my 100 dollars to buy a bike which wouldn’t be a bad idea. However getting a bike back here from wherever I bought it could be an issue. I’ll have to think it over.

Anyway, not much else is going on. Sylvia will be back in Florida in 2 weeks! I’m so excited, I miss her so much.
