One fan asked whether Albus Dumbledore, the head of the famed Hogwarts School of Wizardry and Witchcraft, had ever loved anyone. Rowling smiled. "Dumbledore is gay, actually," replied Rowling as the audience errupted in surprise. She added that, in her mind, Dumbledore had an unrequited love affair with Gellert Grindelwald, Voldemort's predecessor who appears in the seventh book.

Interesting to say the least - it's more shocking to me than if it were any RL (real life) celebrity for that matter. *nerd* Gawd i need a life. And somehow Rowling manages to add a bit more depth to the story with this nugget of a revelation. Oooh will the Singapore govt hastily recollect Harry Potter books from the shelves or slap a M-18 rating on the cover?!
