The newest wrinkle in my dad's estate? I got a demand letter from Valley Radiologists last week. This is after I sent them a letter telling them that my father had died, that a probate notice to creditors was published, and that they were going to get sued for harassment if they tried any further attempts to collect. So when I call to sort it out? I get lip from the person on the other end of the line stating that they never received a letter and that I need to pay the unpaid ballance. Not surprisingly there was no manager available to speak with. I suppose that, in the end, if they never call me back that will be fine. They'll never get anything and I'll just sue them for the harassment. Oh, and to Del Simmons, who sent the letter: threatening to ruin the credit of a dead man is stupid.
