Orthodontist says I don't have to wear my retainer during the day anymore~ Oh happy days~ Not that I was wearing it anyway, but eh. I'd take it out for five hours, put it back in for ten minutes, and then remove it again. What's the point in wearing it if all I'm going to do is eat because my metabolism states that I must be constantly hungry/starving. Seriously... I could never do the 30 hour famine... I'd die after two or three. And when I get hungry stabbing pain shoots through my entire body and my left shoulder aches. It's vicious.

So anyway... was in and out within five minutes. Signed in yesterday morning, they called me not even two minutes after I'd sat down, and then the orthodontist was seeing me almost immediately. I didn't even have time to start pondering how long he'd take. It's the fastest appointment I've ever had. It usually takes them an hour: about twenty minutes to call me, and then half an hour of waiting by myself in the chair for him to show. So yeah... It was a happy day.

Stayed home and chatted with Kit and played RO. Fun stuff.

Kit drew me the most beautiful picture of two of my characters. I want to use it as the layout for my LJ, my website, and the website I have to do for computers. I'm hoping my teacher will let me do RotG for it instead of my novel... I'm infatuated with the former. And working with the characters is a blast.

I still have a ton of homework I need to do... Perhaps it would be beneficial to me if I actually did it.

Yes... I think dearest Joshua has found a way to comfort me. Or, rather one that proves a little more effective.

Art rut... Driving me nuts.

Trying to set up a plot with a bunch of people on Elenlond... speaking of which...

Peaches are so amazing... I mean, who doesn't love them? They're so tasty... Peach jam... Peach pie... peach anything is good!
Literary: Fantasy You can be sure that if it exists I'll want to read it. Fantasy is my one true weakness; if someone asks me what I'm reading and I tell them, they tend to arch eyebrows. Reading a fantasy novel is never the same the second time through.Audiovisual: House House is amazing. It's humourous, it has a hot guy who poses as a European with an accent, and there are diseases galore! I can't help myself... They draw me in.
Musical: Bon Jovi Oh. My. Gosh. There is no other band that I could possibly love more than Bon Jovi. The music's great, the lead singer is hot... It's goodness rolled into a great ball of utter destruction.
Celebrity: Elijah Wood He looks good as a hobbit. And he's entertaining to watch on screen.
