well i was hoping to start my new workout schedule this morning, but i had to get up at 8 to let the guy in the house to do the wallpapering in the bathroom. now of course this means i cant work out because i gotta sit in the living room and watch him. and i cant even work out in the living room because hes got his big wallpapering machine thingy in there. so now what i gotta do is do all my working out after work tonite at 8. i gotta do that, tan, and then help joey with a paper.......i am going to be beat. so anyways i figured out a new workout schedule and its like this:
Monday-Saturday- wake up early and do Slim in 6 dvds, then at night walk/run 1 mile
After those six weeks...
Monday-Saturday- Power90 tapes and walk/run 1-2 miles
Hopefully those will help tone me up because my arms and stuff have just been like pshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhshhhhhhhshhhh (that is my sound that loose skin and fat makes) and maybe ill even be a little toned for Disney which is in....
17 Days!!! YAY! I can't wait! This weekend Dan and i are finishing up our shopping and then the real countdown begins.
