(no subject)
i feel fairly up lately. this week has been generally nice when i look back on it. i have a hard time writing any details; i have a hard time writing anything at all anymore. i'll try though.
i went on a pioneer trek last thursday and that was absolutely wonderful despite the walking a zillion miles. i met some new kids my age that are mormon, and they were all really neat. trek was for kids from 14-18 and although i am 17 i was still the second to youngest in my group of eight. i don't know how to explain how neat this trip to wyoming was so i'm gonna quit and you can ask me about it later if you care to.
driving back from trek on saturday evening was really very entertaining. one of the boys in my group was in the car with rebecca and i, and he was insanely funny and a good singer. anyway, he taught the 9 of us in the van a new game called psychiatrist. he explained it so weird but when we got started it was really neat. i don't think i could explain it better than him so i won't try, but long story short: when it was my turn i did amazing, and when it was his turn he had so much trouble because i made up the problem he had to guess. we all laughed so hard. yes.
uh, sunday. i saw summer. that was so cool. i didn't recognize her at first. i like your hair summer. i don't think i ever managed to say that to you. sorry about not calling you back last night. i was hanging out with ashley who went back to her north carolinian home today, and i suck at remembering that i have a phone.
yesterday was insanely awesome. after work ashley called me to come get her so we could go to the park and shoot one another with james, rachael, and preston. oh, and sammy who came in later. that was really cool. except when i got shot. i didn't like that so much. afterward ashley and i went and ate some food and found that we like the same kind of cheese. we also got some red and blue powerade which we mixed later to make purple. i said something about how our spit was mixed in there together also and ashley choked on her drink. i was genuinely scared until i found out it was because she was laughing and not just way disgusted. after this we found that eceryone else was going to main moon to eat and we were like "whatever" and went to hang out with devon. at the alley cat. where we drank soda. mmm, lindsay and juan showed up and we played some card game that i wasn't so hot at. i got a bit of a headache so we left and i had some drugs. then i found out i was in trouble with my dad. that wasn't so awesome, but i haven't been in trouble for awhile. i suppose it was time.
today i was woken up by ashley calling me to tell me she left her cds in my car. that was actually kind of nice cause i got to see her before she left. i drove her and james to lindsay's house so ashley could pack and then we found out that lindsay's printer wouldn't print so we came back to my house to print ashley's plane tickets. then i rushed to work. it was actually kind of a slow day. brittany let me feel her baby fetus. she says it moves a lot, so i had to be quick about it. she has a feeling that it's a girl and i hope it is. i love babies. after work i went to best buy with robin and then we worked our way to gamestop and then barnes and noble. robin found The Alphabet of Manliness by Maddocks which he seemed thoroughly impressed and amused with. I found a very nice calligraphy book that i liked a way lot, but it costed like a way lot. mmm, i love calligraphy a way much though so i may end up going back to get it. on our way out of barnes and noble we found it was raining and i jumped in a nice puddle twice. then i found that i had soaked my pant legs and jumped once more out of spite. the water looked so darn cool when i jumped i wished i could have taken a picture of myself, but one, i didn't have my camara, and two, i can't very well take a picture of myself, oh and three, i have no film.
i hope to go to renfest this saturday and wear my prom dress my mommy made last year. it would be amazing.
