The 1830 performance of Le Sacre du Printemps

...That was one, and here are two others from the exams I'm grading:

On movement 4 of the Symphonie fantastique by Berlioz:
"The witches have finished their moresca."
[the witches are in the next movement, but/and they most certainly do not dance a moresca]

On a cello&bass line in a listening analysis excerpt (from a very high-scoring student in a high-level section):
"The instruments that play the first several notes after the loud c[hord, I assume] are the lower strings, namely, the cellos, basses, and perhaps double basses."

These 2-3 gems, however, are still a far cry from my favorite music exam quote (read in some compilation): "Bach died from 1750 to the present."
