I understand there is a problem with your substation and you need a portacabin sized generator to power my estate at the moment. :-) <-- Me understanding.
I know that sometimes mistakes happen, so when I'm left for a second night without power because someone forgot to fuel the generator, you have the benefit of the doubt. :-/ <--me mostly understanding.
When, however, I'm left without power for a 3rd night and you ask me if I've turned all my trip switches off and back on again, and you deny the existence of the large humming box I can see from my window...
I'm peeved.
