dark - dark elves, dark vision, dark matter, and the dark side are all fairly cool concepts imho. as much as i like it when it's sunny and beautiful, there's really no substitute for having no lights on in my room and the blinds shut so i can see my computer screen and/or glowing devices better. darkness is ok.
doofus - i think this word is underused. i can think of a perfect example of a doofus as i type this but said doofus would probably be angry at me for the callout, so i'll refrain.
differential - differential equations is the shittiest class at whitman because prof. wills is an idiot. he assigns the worst homework i could ever possibly imagine assigning and then he calls me out on not going to his class in front of other profs. fuck wills and fuck differential equations.

dread - in ultima online, the coolest title ever was the Dread Lord. it was kind of hard to get and it made dealing with vendors a bitch because, man, that's a lot of bad karma. most dread lords were red and bad ass.

deft - this is the manner in which i perform most of my feats.
dinosaur - like most kids, i used to like dinosaurs. i still like them. they're really cool and so is jurassic park. i was actually just thinking about this yesterday. a billion (haha) years ago dinosaurs ruled the earth or whatever, right? so basically the world was just full of big fucking scary ass monsters. that's crazy! i want to be a velociraptor.
duck - ducks are really adorable. they're almost about to have baby ducks iirc and i can't wait to see them and be like "QUACK QUACK" because i feel like i'm speaking their language and that we have a kind of mutual understanding. ducks are about as not-smart as they are adorable.
disease - diseases are the suck and i really hate psa's that show two really attractive people hitting it off and then one of them is like "oh baby i want to do you" and then it's like "CHLAMYDIA!!!!!!" and then you're like "wow that totally ruined the next 10 minutes of my life ty."
