It's about 7:15pm, and I'm having another difficult fasting moment. I have felt wonderful throughout the fast, but now that the end is in sight, I'm starting to feel more hunger and a headache. I don't know it's because I've been thinking more about food and ending the fast, or if it's just a normal thing for day 4, but whatever it is, I'm glad I'm ending the fast tomorrow.
I need to go to the store and pick up the food I want to end thefast with. From what I've read, juice is the best thing to consume first, and then some fruit a little later, and then veggies. Protein and fat need to be reintroduced last, so I will save those for the weekend, if I do it at all.
