I was hoping/expecting the scale would read 188.5 this morning, but I'm very pleased to have lost 2 lbs since yesterday!
I had a dream last night that I ate some cookies. They weren't even very good cookies, and I was pissed at myself for breaking my fast like that.
Today is day 4 of the fast, and I'm feeling pretty good, but a little bit tired. I'm sure I will feel fine once I wake up a little bit. I am not a morning person. Last night I felt a little bit hungry, but it was nothing I couldn't handle. I slept well. The sleep I've had on this fast has been the best I've had since I became a mother, and I absolutely crave it.
I have decided that since I will need at least 1 day to properly come off the fast, and I'll be expected to eat on the weekend, today will be my last day of the fast. I will break the fast tomorrow with juice, and over the weekend I'll try to eat as light as possible. I will restart the fast on Monday.
