I think I did pretty well today. I had a couple of bites after the kids for breakfast. We went for sushi for lunch. Sushi has always been a major binge trigger food for me, but I think I did ok. I ordered 1/3 of what I usually do.
Haven't had anything since, just drinking water and feeling good. It wasn't that difficult. Lots easier than last week. I'm glad the weekend is half over. This is a lot easier without my husband looking over my shoulder and kids hanging all over me.
