Documents recently composed by Ingrid Hunnigan.

No emergency, but I'd like to call in a favor. How many documents recently recovered in the LA incident relate to Albert Wesker rather than Spencer? Could I have a proportionate breakdown?

Description of a female consistent with Ashley Graham sighted in a bad part of town. Requesting immediate time chart of last week, as well as copies of reports from all parties watching over her. Her security force is also requested to report how close they have been at all times.

After questioning, it is my impression that Leon Kennedy's loyalties remain with us although I have no idea what he's thinking, trying to defend the world alone with some random people who showed up and waved guns and said "we're here to help," if he'd died we'd have no clue what was about to happen until it rained misshapen interdimensional nightmares around our ears. The primary reason for his suspicious behavior is that he has a girlfriend he wishes to protect he thought the agents trailing him were trying to help him practice his evading skills he isn't really taking us seriously he's a nitwit what's he DOING letting Ashley Graham randomly roam some high-tech city where anyone could haul her off with no warning! Okay, so I'm a little upset right now. . . . and if he's trustworthy, what does that make his friends? What should that tell me about his judgement? But he's had the chance to see them in action. . .

The primary reason for his behavior seems to be a communications failure induced by his running off to an interdimensional hub and forgetting to check his messages. He explains that Incident 113 left him greatly wary.

My conclusion is that he's in need of this leave time and a stern talking-to.

Agent L. S. Kennedy came of his own volition to visit me today. We spoke; I was unable to record the conversation due to the circumstances of our meeting.

The conversation was lengthy. Kennedy appears to have been under a great deal of stress since Spain. However, he also appears to have closed ties with Umbrella. (This might account for some of his behavior. It is my impression that he had some history with A. Wong.)

He cannot seem to rest, and has been pursuing leads in an attempt to find the whereabouts of Albert Wesker. It's my impression that Kennedy is still fully loyal. It seems his trouble detaching from work is related to his recent mission stresses. Historically, this appears to be a match for his period of extreme resolve and drive to learn post- Raccoon City. Then his energy was funneled into learning new skills. Now, he appears to simply be finding an outlet for his intellectual and emotional energy by being sure there is no further threat present. It is my opinion that he is recovering.

Agent Brownfield made one last call before his disappearance. It seems he was able to make it as far as Saddler's laboratories. The data he sent was jumbled, since it was translated improperly from its previous format. I unscrambled a little; once I realized what I had, I passed it on to the labs, who can do a more complete and rapid job than I can.

This isn't going to be welcome news, but I think you should know.

There's been an attitude of suspicion at headquarters relating to your evading us and disappearing for long periods, as well as other reasons you've probably been informed of when you were sent on leave. I was asked to see if you were prepared to speak to us.

To put it bluntly: we were concerned that the interesting memo you found, the one entitled "Our Mission," was underway. There was a chance you either knew about it and weren't telling us, or you were part of it.

I've got my report ready to turn in. Since it concerns you, you're welcome to see my copy if you'd care to know my N.-free opinion. I do not know how much weight it will carry.

Yes, I trust you now. No, I was not convinced you were an enemy. My behavior during the first part of our interview should tell you as much.

But it does put me in an unwelcome situation if the content of our interview is requested.

Yes, it was recorded; no, the recording has not gone into anyone's hands; no, it cannot be trimmed for a favorable impression. I've checked.
