I'm gonna plan a normal day for me and try and stick to this;

Breakfast - 10g cereal no milk - 40 cals
                     Cup of tea - 15 cals

Lunch - Half a wholemeal roll- 90 cals
               Water - 0
               Cup of tea when I get home - 15 cals

Dinner - Normal meal with family - can be up to 500 cals[!!]

Total - 660 cals

Maximum of 700 cals.

Okay, this should work..
