So I've started coaching this middle school basketball team, you know? I never realized how tiny they are! Just barely a step over being children and I know I didn't feel that way at all when I was that age. Some of the kids still had baby-pudge, dude!
Practice went great once they got over gawking at me and started listening to what I was saying, you know? A couple of them are really good and will help carry the team this season, they really will. It's a great feeling to give them a little help and encouragement. Haha! It's a lot of fun.
There's this one kid though... It just seems like he's have some personal problems, you know? I'm gonna try to get to know him better to help him out. He seems like he'd be a super-cool kid if he wasn't so stand-offish.
