searching for a certain photograph..

I had (prior to my computer's crashing) found a rather nifty picture on one've the "pro-anorexia" website "thinspiration" pages.. It was pretty striking in memory, and so I'm going out on a limb in hope that its description might ring a bell.

It pictures two women, one very "model thin" (wearing a fur coat/jacket of some sort) and the other quite emaciated, the prior holding out a pastry (a cupcake, I think?) very teasingly to the other girl (who, of course, is pulling back.)

Sound familiar? Anyone?
